Feelings of overwhelm, of not being good enough, or struggling with your own identity can be all too familiar as a busy woman, and the stress and anxiety, perhaps feelings of depression, can impact all too frequently on your daily life. Perhaps you have relationship issues - intimate relationships or those with friends and family, that are also getting you down, or past experiences you still carry around with you. It's heavy stuff right?
About me and my practice
As a person-centred counsellor heavily focused on female empowerment I am here to offer you the space to talk about whatever you choose - I won't give advice or tell you what to do - you're the expert on your own life - but I will hold your hand every step of the way as you go on a journey to find the life you want and deserve.
I work online, or in person, to fit in with your busy schedule and offer a free online meeting or phone call for you to get to know me a little and ask any questions - the first step is the hardest, but you've got this!
Experience
I work primarily with women who are struggling with self-esteem, feelings of overwhelm, stress, and depression, and often have previous trauma or relationships that impact them still. I work short, medium, or long-term as suits you and will carry out regular reviews to make sure you are happy with the work we are doing together.
Qualifications
BSc (Hons) Counselling & Psychotherapy, first class degree.

Fees are payable 24hrs before your session by card or bank transfer.
I offer concession rates for students, unemployed, or NHS employees.
